Can it unlock encrypted PDFs? No. This release does not bypass passwords. Does text extraction include OCR? No, it reads existing digital text rather than recognizing scanned images.
Will quality change? Page organization generally copies existing PDF pages without rasterizing them. Image export uses a defined raster resolution, so enlarging the output can look different.
